We decided we would try our hand at making some oven baked pork barbecue and we were not disapointed. It just fell apart and tasted like good southern pulled pork. It is definitly a comfort food and this recipe is a keeper. Six hours in the oven and voila, no sauce needed but the sauce we made was pretty good too. Come on over and we'll make you some too:)
